Road to Nowhere & Directions to Nowhere are a pair of complementary party games played with the same pieces, in very different ways!

Road to Nowhere is a frantic Tetris-like game where up to three drivers compete to escape a road network being built at the same time by a highly stressed road-builder.

In Directions to Nowhere the drivers work co-operatively to drive that same network to reach their destinations. Unfortunately, they're guided by the world's worst GPS instructions, read in a dulcet monotone by the remaining player.

The applet below is a simple timer to use when playing the game. Choose a difficult level, then press Start. Every time the horn beeps, each driver moves their vehicle ahead by one tile.
